DescriptionKforce's client in the Sheboygan area is looking for a Chief Financial Officer. This role provides strategic financial and operational leadership the organization. As a member of the senior leadership team, the CFO serves as a trusted strategic partner to the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and departmental leadership - stewarding the organization's long-term financial health and leading its Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Digital Collections and Information Systems functions.Requirements* Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred* Eight to ten (8-10) years of progressive experience in financial management required, with demonstrated leadership at the senior or executive level* Experience managing HR, IT, or other operational functions in addition to finance preferred* Experience with nonprofit consolidated audits and affiliated entity financial management preferredJob TypeDirect HireCompensation150000 - $160000
